中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯7月25日东京报道，日本能源经济研究所（IEEJ）25日在一份报告中说，与今年1月至5月每百万英国热量单位（MMBtu）6美元相比，日本今年7月至12月的LNG进口平均价格预计将达到6.6美元并在更高的油价支持下在2017年可能上升到7.4美元。

IEEJ在报告中说：“由于我们预计LNG现货价格继续保持低迷，因此，长期LNG价格和现货价格之间的差距将可能会扩大。”

IEEJ预计今年下半年布伦特原油、WTI原油和迪拜原油的价格分别达到50美元/桶、49美元/桶和47美元/桶。

2017年，这3种原油的平均价格将分别上升到55美元/桶、54美元/桶和52美元/桶。

根据IEEJ，日本本财年（2016.4-2017.3）的LNG进口量预计达到8220万吨，同比下降6.2%并在下一个财年下降到7090万吨。

Japan's LNG import price over July-December is expected to average $6.60/MMBtu CIF, compared with $6/MMBtu in January-May this year, and will likely rise to $7.40/MMBtu for calendar year 2017 on the back of higher crude oil prices, the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan said Monday.

"There is a possibility that the gap between long-term LNG price and spot price will widen as we expect LNG spot price to remain depressed," IEEJ said in a report.

IEEJ projects Brent, WTI and Dubai crude oil prices to be at $50/b, $49/b and $47/b respectively in July-December this year.

For 2017, Brent, WTI and Dubai crude oil prices are expected to rise to $55/b, $54/b and $52/b, respectively.

Japan's LNG imports are expected to come in at 82.2 million mt for fiscal year 2016-17 (April-March), down 6.2% year on year, and fall further to 70.9 million mt in fiscal year 2017-18, according to IEEJ.
