中国石化新闻网讯 据普氏能源资讯12月2日东京报道，日本的一个由勘探及生产公司和工程公司组成的代表团将从周一（5日）起访问缅甸来探索这个东南亚国家中的上游机会。

日本石油勘探和生产信息中心（ICEP）的一名消息人士说，作为ICEP对这个东南亚国家形成的第一个任务，这个由日本国际石油开发株式会社、三井石油勘探公司、出光兴产株式会社、JX日本石油和天然气勘探公司、JGC公司和国有日本石油天然气和金属国家公司组成的日本上游代表团将在下周访问缅甸。

这名消息人士说，这个得到日本政府经济产业省赞助的ICEP任务是在具有油气上游潜力的缅甸将创造更多的外国投资机会的时候形成的。

Japan to send upstream delegation to Myanmar Monday to explore opportunities

Tokyo (Platts)--2 Dec 2016

A Japanese delegation, comprising E&P and engineering companies, will visit Myanmar from Monday to examine upstream opportunities in the Southeast Asian nation.

Inpex, Mitsui Oil Exploration Co., Idemitsu Kosan, JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration, JGC, and state-owned Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corp. are vising Myanmar next week as the first mission formed by Japan's ICEP, or the Information Center for Petroleum Exploration and Production, to the Southeast Asian country, an ICEP source said Friday.

The ICEP mission, sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, has been formed at a time when Myanmar, which has oil and gas upstream potential, is creating more foreign investment opportunities, the source said.

During the five-day visit, the Japanese delegation will meet the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, and state-owned companies including Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise, the source said.
