近日，伯克希尔哈撒韦CEO、“股神”巴菲特宣布，已收购伊藤忠商事、丸红、三菱商事、三井物产和住友商事这五大日本贸易公司略高于5%的流通股。大约12个月的时间里，伯克希尔在东京证交所购买这些公司的股份累计价值达62.5亿美元。

进行这些投资，“股神”意欲何在？有分析认为，对于巴菲特而言，选择对日本贸易公司进行投资，一是因为这五家公司符合他一贯的选股审美。这几家日本大型贸易公司都深入参与钢铁、船运、大宗商品等实体经济，有些还涉及零售业，公司业务多元对巴菲特有很大吸引力。

而更重要的是，巴菲特可以借助投资海外企业，降低公司投资组合对美国经济的依赖度。随着近期苹果股价不断飙升，苹果股票在巴菲特持仓中的占比已经接近50%。持仓过分集中显然会带来风险。

此外，在日本的额外投资也有助于巴菲特减少伯克希尔的现金储备。截至6月底，伯克希尔的现金储备达1466亿美元。在全球央行普遍宽松的环境下，手里现金越多意味着需要承担货币贬值的风险越大。

LyondellBasell And Bora Kicks Off New Joint Venture Facility In Liaoning

世界领先的塑料、化工和炼油企业利安德巴赛尔工业公司与辽宁宝来企业集团于辽宁盘锦举行合资公司成立暨合资工厂正式投产典礼。

LyondellBasell and China’s Liaoning Bora Enterprise Group announced the establishment and start-up of their new joint venture polyolefin complex in the Liaoning province of northeastern China.

该50：50合资公司命名为宝来利安德巴赛尔石化有限公司（BLYB）。该工厂采用利安德巴赛尔授权的聚丙烯技术和聚乙烯技术。

The 50:50 joint venture (JV) will operate under the name Bora LyondellBasell Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (BLYB). The BLYB complex utilizes LyondellBasell’s industry-leading polypropylene technologies along with the company’s Hostalen ACP polyethylene technology.

宝来利安德巴赛尔工厂拥有年产能110万吨的乙烯裂解装置和相关聚烯烃衍生品装置，主要产品包括80万吨/年聚乙烯、60万吨/年聚丙烯等。

The facility includes a 1.1 million metric ton per annum flexible naphtha / LPG cracker and associated polyethylene production capacity of 800,000 metric tons per annum and 600,000 metric tons per annum of polypropylene.

利安德巴赛尔工业公司CEO鲍勃·帕特尔表示，“中国市场的聚烯烃需求已逐步从疫情的影响中恢复且呈现长期增长趋势，这对此合资项目是一大利好。宝来利安德巴赛尔整合了利安德巴赛尔和宝来的全球领先技术和丰富的行业经验，将满足中国市场对聚烯烃产品日益增长的需求。”

“Demand for polyolefins has returned in China after the pandemic-related economic slowdown earlier in the year and the long-term growth trends are very favorable for this project,” said Bob Patel, CEO of LyondellBasell.

特斯拉拟增发50亿美元股票

Tesla To Sell Up To $5 Billion In Stock

据外媒报道，特斯拉于美东时间本周二表示，将发售高达50亿美元的新股。

Amid Tesla said Tuesday it will sell up to $5 billion in new stock.

特斯拉在提交给美国证券交易委员会的一份文件中表示，增发的股份将“不时”以“市价”出售。该公司表示，银行将根据特斯拉的指令出售股票。

The additional shares will be sold “from time to time” and “at-the-market” prices, Tesla said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It said banks will sell shares based on directives from Tesla.

特斯拉表示，“我们计划将此次发行的净收入，用于进一步增强我们的资产负债表，以及一般的公司用途。”

“We intend to use the net proceeds, if any, from this offering to further strengthen our balance sheet, as well as for general corporate purposes,” Tesla said.

据悉，截至周一收盘，这家电动汽车制造商的股价在2020年上涨了近500%。

Through Monday’s close, the electric car maker has gained nearly 500% in 2020.

SUEZ NWS Wins New Projects Of Environment Protection

苏伊士新创建近期成功签署一系列设备与技术服务合同逾5亿元人民币。

SUEZ NWS recently signed a number of design, engineering and supply of equipment and technical service contracts worth over RMB 500 million.

其中包括向江苏连云港和山东烟台两个化工园区提供污水处理设备与全流程技术服务。

These contracts include the supply of wastewater treatment equipment and full-process technical services for two chemical parks: Lianyungang of Jiangsu and Yantai of Shandong provinces.

并为陕西、四川及内蒙古等省市提供市政与工业污水处理设备供货及技术服务。

They also include the supply of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment equipment and technical services in other provinces like Shaanxi, Sichuan and Inner Mongol.

在烟台万华工业园，苏伊士新创建为全球化工50强企业万华集团，提供综合废水处理装置及浓水深处理装置全流程工艺包。

In Wanhua Yantai Industrial Park, SUEZ NWS provides Wanhua Group, a Global Top 50 chemical company, with integrated wastewater treatment units and a full-process suite for the tertiary treatment of concentrated wastewater.

项目预计将削减COD排放量1.3万吨/年，碳减排3,930吨/年，并能在减少碳排的同时节省运行成本，每年节约电力达681,895千瓦时。

The project is expected to cut COD emissions and reduce carbon emissions by 13,000 tonnes and 3,930 tonnes per year respectively, whist reducing operating costs and electricity consumption by 681,895 kWh every year.

在连云港徐圩新区石化产业园，苏伊士新创建为世界500强盛虹集团提供高效的全流程水处理工艺包设计、设备和材料供货及技术服务。

At the Lianyungang Petrochemical Industrial Base in Xuwei New District, Lianyungang, SUEZ NWS provides a full-stage water treatment solution, along with equipment and technical services to Shenghong Group, a Fortune 500 company.

该项目应用创新的“嵌入式污水处理厂”理念，以“废”制“废”，实现变废为宝，预计每年可减少碳排8,123吨。

The solution turns waste into resources and it is projected to reduce carbon emissions by 8,123 tonnes a year.

Walmart To Launch Its Membership Program In Mid-September

据外媒报道，沃尔玛将于9月15日推出备受期待的会员计划。

Walmart will launch its much-anticipated membership program on Sept. 15.

沃尔玛+会员可享受无限次免费送货服务，每加仑汽油可享受5美分折扣，以及使用Scan & Go应用程序买单，以节省排队结账时间。

Walmart+ members will get unlimited free delivery, discounts of as much as 5 cents a gallon for fuel and access to a Scan & Go app that allows shoppers to skip the checkout line.

但前提是消费需满足35美元的最低在线订购金额才能享受免运费服务，且需缴纳98美元的会员年费。

But they will still have to meet a $35 minimum for each online order to avoid fees. It will cost $98 a year.

沃尔玛首席客户主管珍妮·怀特塞德表示，公司希望借此加深已在其4,700多家美国门店和其网站上购物的顾客的忠诚度。

Walmart Chief Customer Officer Janey Whiteside said the company wants to deepen loyalty among those who already shop at its more than 4,700 U.S. stores and on its website.
