中国石化新闻网讯 据路透社9月9日新加坡报道，日本第四大炼油企业科斯莫石油公司（Cosmo Oil）高层日前在东京表示，科斯莫石油公司计划通过从中东地区获得燃料在亚太地区销售的方式,来扩大其在亚太地区的石油产品贸易量。

科斯莫石油公司高层说，该公司将继续专注于向澳大利亚出口燃料。由于两国在地理位置上靠的比较近，因此，澳大利亚是日本燃料出口的天然目的地。科斯莫石油公司计划从中东地区获得更多石油产品来增加其在亚太地区的贸易量。

即将在今年10月份担任公司原油和精制石油产品贸易部门主管的Hirohiko Kato说：“我们目前正在与中东一些产油国进行讨论。”

在科斯莫石油公司今年上半年出口的500万桶柴油中，95%出口到了澳大利亚。

Kato说，科斯莫石油公司也向其他亚洲市场出口成品油，其中包括菲律宾、印尼和越南。

Cosmo Oil eyes Mideast fuel supplies for Asia Pacific sales

SINGAPORE,September 09,2015

Japanese refiner Cosmo Oil plans to expand its oil product trade volumes by sourcing fuels from the Middle East for sale in the Asia Pacific, company executives said.

Cosmo Oil will continue to focus on exporting diesel to Australia, a natural home for Japanese fuel due to its close proximity, and it plans to source for oil products from the Middle East to increase its trade volume, the executives said.

"We're in discussions with some Middle East oil-producing countries," said Hirohiko Kato, who will head crude and refined products trade under a new company structure being implemented by Cosmo Oil in October.

Of the 5 million barrels of diesel Cosmo exported in the first half this year, 95 per cent went to Australia.

Cosmo Oil is also exploring other Asia markets such as the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam, Kato said. -- Reuters
